We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must not show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Due to the hygienic nature of hosiery products, items that have been worn, tried on, opened from sealed packaging, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping cost in such cases.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges.
If eligible, customers may request a return and place a new order.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
